Returns

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  

If your item(s) do arrived damaged,please send photos to hello@ewellnessmassage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please include order number, full name, phone number, and address so we my contact you if need more information,

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order within 30 days.

Easy Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day refund with a 10% -30% restocking fee for most items (see below)


To qualify for a return please note the following:
• The item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches remotes
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees are not refundable
• Cancellation of custom or premade orders have a 20% restocking fee, if cancelled after 24 hours


You must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return:
Please call us at 1-877-362-2680 Monday - Thursdays 9am to 5pm Fridays 9-Noon PST or email us at hello@ewellnessmassage.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. Returns may
not be sent to our corporate address.

10% Restocking fee
There is a 10% restocking fee on all products except for the brands listed under the restocking fees below.

Disclaimer: No Refund Policy

There are certain products that are custom-made by the manufacturer and are non-returnable. 

For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

FitAir and FitAir accessories are non-refundable due to masks and filtering systems being personal use items.

Also for hygienic reasons the following are non-returnable: 

• Water & Air Purifiers 
• Fit Air Personal Kit
• Masks
• Tubing
• Fit Air Personal Filters


Refused Deliveries/Packages
• If packages are refused at the point of delivery, you will be responsible for shipping of refused product
