Returns/Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day refund on most products some exclusions do apply there is also restocking fee for most items (see below for specific brands)

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Take photos right away and contact us either by email or phone. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@ewellnessmassage.com,and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please include order number, full name, phone number, and address so we my contact you if need more information,

    Cancellations & Refunds: All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee and credit card fees, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Cancellations of custom pre-made orders have a 70% restocking fee, all massage chairs canceled after 24 hours will have a 35% restocking fee. All massage chair orders after shipping will be charged restocking fees as well as shipping/delivery costs.

    Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of full refund or partial or rejection with an explanation.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping cost to ship to you even though we offered you free shipping on some items there were shipping costs involved with shipping your product to you white glove delivery and threshold delivery is non-refundable.

    Return or Refund Note The Following: The massage chairs must be in new condition, and in the original box and packaging, for smaller items they need to be in original package and unused. Indications of used include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches remotes, the manufacturer will inspect the item and issue a refund accordingly, take photos of the item before returning it.

    Please call us at 1-541-780-8802 Monday - Thursdays 9am to 5pm Fridays 9-Noon PST or email us at returns@ewellnessmassage.com  to obtain a return authorization number and a return address before shipping any returns.

    Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ewellnessmassage.com, we will help assist in exchanging it with the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Refused Deliveries/Packages:If packages are refused at the point of delivery or requests of returns/refunds or exchanges are requested in mid transport the customer will be responsible for shipping/delivery costs both ways and restocking fees of 50% percent of the chair as the chairs will not longer be able to be sold as a brand new chair they will be open box chairs at this point. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received your refund and it has been longer than 14 business days please contact us either by email at returns@ewellnessmassage.com or 1-541-780-8802.

    Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ewellnessmassage.com or call 1-541-780-8802.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The fees for this insurance is very low to ensure we get the returned item. Credit card transaction fees are non refundable
