Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or SMS message.If you don't see your confirmation email or SMS message please check your promotion tab in your email or reach out to us at hello@ewellnessmassage.com we will confrim your email and phone number and resend the confirmation information. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will  reach out to you via e-mail or SMS text message. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 to 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment Tracking:

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. On our Massage Chairs it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to receive a tracking number as we use 3rd party freight companies to ship the large massage chairs. We will send you tracking information to the e-mail address or SMS text messages to the phone number you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ewellnessmassage.com or call 1-541-780-8802.

Tracking on smaller items -We ship with UPS and FedEx and USPS. It takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed to receive your tracking number. Then it  will track it to the ending terminal  before getting delivered to your home, so if it says delivered its either to the terminal or a smaller trucking company to deliver it to your home.

Delivery Options: 

Standard free delivery of the massage chairs does not include set up nor entering your home or business. (7 to 10 business days as the shipping industry is struggling in a nation wide shortage it can take up a 15 business days)

Both Threshold and White Glove Delivery Service is available for an additional charge.

Threshold Delivery is a additional charge for entryway or garage up to two stairs prices may vary from different suppliers, it will show the prices for each product on the check out page. ( 10 to 14 business days for delivery as the shipping industry is struggling in a nation wide shortage it can take up a 15 business days) 

White Glove Delivery : With white glove delivery service, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your home or business and assembled together. You have the option to choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery on all massage chairs at check out prices may vary from different suppliers, it will show the amount of this on the check out page. ( 10 to 14 business days usually, sometimes due to weather or other circumstance out of our control it can take up to 15 to 21 days business days) We will notify you if there will be a longer than usual delivery times.

All standard free shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive UN-ASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes on a pallet unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway to your driveway and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, it typically will require two people for assistance in moving the chair inside.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it (If at all possible take a photo of any damage)  when signing for delivery. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@ewellnessmassage.com with all order information and you may call us at 1-541-780-8802 as well we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
